End Suction Fire Pump

End Suction Fire Pump

Description:
End suction pumps are centrifugal pumps where the discharge outlet is perpendicular to the suction inlet. These compact and efficient pumps are ideal for installations where space is limited, such as small or narrow pump rooms.

Working Principle:
The pump operates by converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy through a rotating impeller. As the impeller spins, it generates centrifugal force, pushing the liquid outward and creating a low-pressure zone that draws fluid in through the suction side and discharges it under pressure.

Features:

  • Space-saving horizontal design

  • Reliable performance for a wide range of flow and pressure requirements

  • Easy installation and maintenance

  • Factory-tested as per UL, FM, and NFPA standards

  • One-year warranty under standard terms and conditions

Options:
Axis Safety Engineering Ltd. also provides custom-designed end suction fire pumps that comply with DIN 24255 performance and dimensional standards, suitable for systems where UL and FM approvals are not mandatory.

Applications:
Ideal for fire protection systems, water supply, HVAC, and industrial processes requiring compact and efficient pumping solutions.
